Damaged Roads in Kebon Sirih Repaired

Central Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency deployed seven personnel to repair the damaged roads on Jalan Kebon Sirih Raya, Kebon Sirih, Menteng.

This effort is to minimize accidents

Central Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-agency's Road and Bridge Division Head, Yudha Catur Suhartanto stated the repairs were carried out, as the road at the location was very dangerous for motorists.

"There is one point that we repair with 7.5 square meters of damage," he expressed, Friday (4/28).

In repairing this road, seven personnel were provided with some equipment. The repair process begins by dismantling the damaged road and then patching it with asphalt.

"After breaking up and tidying up, we then patch it with coldmix," he explained.

According to him, the aspalthing process was carried out using a plate compactor unit and a stamping rammer. The repair was successfully completed within one day.

"Workers are also completed with an operational vehicle to transport materials and other work equipment," he continued.

With the repair of the damaged road, passing motorists could be more comfortable and safe.

"This effort is to minimize accidents," he stated.
